2010 SEASON

In a residential area of Le Cannet (next to Cannes), on the hill, you can spend the holiday in this very calm and charming residence situated in a pleasant wooded park.
Exposure: east-west crossing.
This large apartment of 60 m2 is composed of a beautiful room whose window overlooks the green, a large double living / dining room opening onto a nice terrace with a beautiful view over the hill.

2 in a double bed.
2 in a sofa-bed.
A linen package can be rented 30 €.
It includes the sheets and pillowcases, and
towels.
The dishclothes for the kitchen, and bath-mat for
the bathroom are provided.

Rates:
from 2010 July 3 to 10: 500 € / week
from 2010 July 10 to August 21: 550 € / week
from 2010 August 21 to 28: 500 € / week

From September 2010 to April or June 2011 (to discuss), this studio can be rented continuously furnished to a student, and costs € 780 per month.
